Through the youth football program, GMFF envisions that the participants will not only develop football skills that will be useful for the club's on pitch success, but will also impart life skills to the players and make them better individuals through football. Taking cognizance of the fact that GMFC could have financial and human capacity constraints in implementing this project, GMFF has gotten into a partnership agreement with GMFC to compliment the club in sourcing for funds and general management of the youth team.

Gor Mahia Fans Foundation is responsible for:
1. Sourcing for funds to run the youth team.
2. Assisting in creating proper structures to ensure sustainability of the youth team project.
3. Engage in various commercial projects to generate revenue for the youth team and ultimately to the Club through the percentage payments made to the Club.
4. Properly market and sell the Youth team in order to attract potential sponsors and investors.
5. In line with GMFF's long term goal of creating a youth programme, work on not only promoting the youth team sports wise but also empower them economically, socially and education wise.
6. Adherence to the agreed upon Management Practices as agreed upon by both GMFF and the Club.
